Overview
The city of Badger, MN has adopted the following codes:
- 1994 Minnesota Building Code, including Appendix Chapters: (a) 3, Division I, Detention and Correctional Facilities; (b) 12, Division II, Sound Transmission Control; (c) 29, Minimum Plumbing Fixtures, as well as the 1992 One and Two Family Dwelling Code.
Badger, MN Ordinance # 70 (Adopting the MN State Building Code).
Per telephone conversation with a PLRB staff member on October 10, 2019, Annie Gregerson, Badger, MN Clerk-Treasurer, stated Kevin Winslow is no longer the Building Official for the city and his replacement has not been named. Additionally, there have been no recorded changes to Baxter, MN Ordinance #70, to ensure the current 2015 MN State Building Codes are being enforced.
